They had to decide where they should go for a vacation with their trekking teacher. They had gathered at Bonny's house to decide their destination.
"I want to go to Kullu Manali," said Sally. "No, I want to go to Srinagar and enjoy living in the houseboat and do a shikara ride on the Dal Lake," said Gigi.
Bonny said, "Look friends if we argue like this, we won't be able to go anywhere! I have a great idea."
Elmo asked, "Tell us quickly, Bonny!"
When Bonny shared his idea, everyone was happy. Roro said, "Wow! What a cool idea, Bonny! This way, we can visit three hill stations instead of one."
When their trekking teacher, Toto tortoise asked whether they had decided on the destination, they unanimously said Almora.
Upon hearing this, Toto suggested, "Visit Nainital, which is on the way to Almora when you go from Delhi."
"Yes! Take us to Nainital, too. We will enjoy boat rides on the Naini Lake."
"Ranikhet is hardly 50 kilometers from Almora. We should go there, too. It's another famous hill station," said Sally.
"Yes, that's correct! We'll visit Almora, Ranikhet, and then go to Nainital. This plan is final," said Toto, finally deciding their plan.
A small bus was arranged for the animals to go. Gigi brought her camera along to capture the beautiful mountain scenery. With the camera hanging around her neck, Gigi looked like a professional photographer.
They started their journey from Delhi in the morning. The bus covered a distance of 381 kilometres, passing through Moradabad, Rampur, and Rudrapur, and finally reached Almora in the evening.
Rooms had already been booked for them in a hotel, and they soon fell asleep after having their meals.
