“Victor quickly realizes that his original plan of giving the new company autonomy was a bad idea,” says Executive Producer/Head Writer Josh Griffith. “The trio is not able to agree on a business plan and effectively work together. Victor gave Nick and Adam the benefit of the doubt because they were able to rise above their personal differences but now sees that was too much of a challenge for the brothers. After seeing the trio imploding, Victor feels he cannot waste another minute.”
