Facial paralysis makes it hard to sneak forces him to lie low
KING CHARLES STRICKEN WITH BELL'S PALSY!

CANCER-RAVAGED King Charles is flying under the radar and trying to hide another debilitating health ailment that could punch holes in his public image, wellplaced palace sources tell The National ENQUIRER.

The 75-year-old monarch has been stricken with Bell's palsy, which typically causes facial paralysis that can distort appearance and affect speech, royal insiders dish.

"This paralysis is the real reason His Majesty stepped back from royal duties so early in his cancer treatment," dishes a senior courtier. "He's using his cancer diagnosis as an excuse to lie low.

"He's very selfconscious about his speech and is reluctant to perform his official public duties." Charles is said to be limiting contact with outsiders, and the few people he sees regularly have been sworn to secrecy.
