MENTAL mess Jeffrey Surgent butchered his mom, decapitated her corpse, and was found nude and covered with blood while lying on her headless body, say stunned cops.
The bizarre bloodbath was discovered after the 46-year-old Ocean City, N.J., man called 911 at 4 p.m. on Dec. 8 and coolly told the horrified dispatcher "he ENTAL Jeffrey butchered mess Surgent his suffers from a mental illness, and he just killed his mother," according to a police report.
