What historical fact blows your mind? Sakshi Sabharwal, Chandigarh

The sinking of the Titanic, which some say was predicted, some say was pre-planned. And did you know that the humble tomato ketchup, the staple of our dining tables, was sold as medicine in an earlier era?

Should an Indian heroine wear a bikini or a saree not from a moral but from a figure point of view. Santosh Mohan Joshi, Miraj

Clothes are meant to be worn as per one's convenience and preference. Your choices are defined by your wallet, your taste, imagination and fashion sense. As long as you're comfortable in it and are doing it out of your own will, you can wear anything. Why should anyone be judgemental about it is beyond me. And one should firmly stand by one's choices and not bow down to pressure.

The way Ravichandran Ashwin and Shreyas lyer scripted a victory against Bangladesh appears as though it was a David vs Goliath fight? True or false. CK Subramaniam, New Mumbai

True. They both played extremely well. It didn't look scripted or choreographed and felt like a real match.

Government is providing free hospitals and schools but even then education and medicine are the most expensive things in today's life. Atul Tankha, Ratlam

You're right. I agree with you a hundred per cent. We need a complete overhaul of different spheres of our system. Healthcare, education, and also the management of the aged population, some of whom may not have anyone to take care of their needs. All this needs to be looked into and streamlined. The sooner this happens, the better it would be for society.
