Yamaha Motor India invited us to Jaipur, Rajasthan, where we got to swing a leg over the updated FZ-X. Here is all you need to know about the changes made in this new-generation model

Call of the Blue in the Pink City

YAMAHA MOTOR INDIA recently launched updated versions of the 150-cc models in their line-up, including the R15M, R15 Version 4.0, MT-15 version 2.0, FZ-X, and the FZ-S FI version 4.0 Deluxe. They invited us to Jaipur for a ride experience that took us through the city astride the updated FZ-X.

There are five updates as compared to the older generation model. The design language is identical to the previous generation model's where you see a mix of a neo-retro cruiser with some elements reminiscent of a scrambler. While I am not a fan of the design because of its disproportionate looks, many customers in the Indian market seem to have taken a liking to this motorcycle. The only new element we see in terms of styling is sleek LED indicator units and the addition of a new Dark Matte Blue colour scheme with golden alloy wheels.
