Using the Wax Pen to Create Wax Models

Remove the stone from the completed model and it’s ready to cast.

When using the wax pen, there will be a slight bit of smoke emanating from the heated wax, so respiratory protection suitable for a smoke vapor must be worn!

The V-shaped well that was cut into the base of the tip will serve as a reservoir to supply wax to the tip. Turn the pen on and adjust the temperature to align with the junction of the yellow and orange bands on the dial. If you want it to heat quicker, turn the dial up to the maximum for 30 seconds before turning it back down.
