A real-estate legacy spanning almost four decades. Acres of luxury sky condominiums, opulent villas, integrated townships and branded residences like Embassy ONE that has India’s first-ever Four Seasons Private Residences—Embassy Group has come a long way. And Chairman Jitu Virwani tells us how it has proliferated under his watch
When did Embassy Group’s journey begin and how does it continues to evolve?
Embassy Group was established in Bengaluru during the 80s. Since then, we’ve developed over 40 million sqft of prime commercial and residential space in India, as well as, in Malaysia and Serbia. With Embassy ONE, in association with the Four Seasons Group, we introduced a mixed concept that showcases branded residences, a luxury hotel and a commercial space, on a single premises. And while we’ve been one of India’s top 10 realty companies, we’re all set to come under the top three category.

I wasn’t surprised when it was ranked as the world’s most dynamic city by a recent survey. But if I were to pick three things that I love, it would be people, culture and weather!
