JASMINE CHONG

On the importance of discipline

As an entrepreneur… I take on both day-to-day matters as well as big-picture strategy planning. I identify with being a typical type A individual — I get things done.

Being a fitness advocate is… an ongoing journey with challenges and wins in equal measure. I believe that it is about discipline and consistency, and understanding that you must also be realistic.

I practise what I learn on the mat in my life... so when it comes to who I am outside of my career — I would say I am the same. I like to think I am intensely interested in doing what I love, whether it’s at work or in my personal life I live life to the fullest.
