These five dishes make healthy veggies delicious.
1. Kale Chips With Smoky Paprika
Remove stalks from an 8-ounce bunch of kale and tear leaves into bite-sized pieces. Toss with 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil and season with 1/2 teaspoon each of sea salt and smoked paprika. Spread on a baking sheet and roast at 350 F for 12 to 15 minutes, stirring two or three times, until dry and crisp. Serves 4 to 8 as a snack.
