Do You Scare Off Guys?
Girls' Life magazine|October/November 2016

The 7 psycho moves that’ll send any guy running away in fear. boo!

Do You Scare Off Guys?

OVERTEXTING

WE ADMIT IT: Texting with a crush can be toxic. It’s speedy, requires little courage and is insanely addictive. But you never want to overdo it when it comes to pressing send— especially if there’s a bit of radio silence on his end. Simply put, if your guy’s not getting back to you, continuing to send him messages may make him want to get away faster than you can type TTYL.

ATTRACT HIM BACK: Imagine your conversations are taking place IRL. If you were actually talking to your guy and he was responding with one-word answers or he wasn’t asking questions and moving the conversation forward, you’d take the hint he was too busy to chat or had other things on his mind (right?). Subtly show your interest by sending the occasional, relevant message instead of overloading his screen the sec you get his digits.

STALKING

WE ADMIT IT: It’s tempting to use a combo of social media info, insider knowledge of his class schedule and what you overheard at lunch to show up wherever your crush is. But it’s more creepy than cool to appear out of thin air...everywhere.
