HOW IT WORKS
This healthy eating plan for a flat tum has enough calorie-leeway to let you enjoy a glass of wine every day if you want to! Meals are designed to manage hunger by keeping blood sugar and insulin levels under control. Good fibre levels help prevent bloating and stop your digestive system from becoming sluggish. Potassium rich fruit and veg help counteract the fluid retaining effects of salt that can add inches to your waist.
WHAT TO DO
1 Choose one healthy breakfast, lunch and dinner daily.

3 If you’re still hungry, snack on some delicious berries, or vegetable crudities with salsa.
BREAKFASTS
- 2 Oatibix biscuits topped with one mashed banana.
- Porridge made with semi-skimmed milk, topped with 1tbsp crushed pecans and a small drizzle of honey or maple syrup.
- Poached egg on small slice seeded toast with a tiny scrape of butter, plus grilled mushrooms. Half a grapefruit.
- Half a cored crisp apple, spread with 3tsp tahini or peanut butter. Plus 100g 0% fat Greek yogurt with drizzle of honey.
