It always seemed strange that ab work came at the end of exercise classes as an afterthought,” says Jason Wimberly, founder of a fitness studio. “Your core is the foundation of so much of your strength. And when you leave ab work for the end, you may be too tired for good form.”

Instead, Jason flipped the script and started his classes with 10 minutes of core work. Try his moves yourself three times a week for results in about a month; all you need is a two- to three-kilogram weight (a full bottle of fabric softener works, too).
