Sin duda alguna, las latinas nos hemos convertido en una fuerza creciente e influyente en este maravilloso país. Según el Centro para el Progreso Americano, la proporción de latinas en la población femenina de los Estados Unidos aumentará del 16.4 por ciento actual al 25.7 por ciento en 2050. Aunque continuamos avanzando significativamente en sectores como la educación, la banca, la salud y otras áreas, aún queda un largo camino por recorrer para cerrar completamente las disparidades raciales y étnicas.
