RG Vishnu has taken his family run Gingelly Oil business global and expanded the product portfolio, while upholding ‘quality’ and ‘trust’, the two pillars RG Group is renowned for and something his parents Ramesh RG (chairman) and Ambika Ramesh (managing director) have institutionalised over the years. This is an inspiring story for any next generation enterprise.

In this issue, we feature the custodian of trust in Kerala and much of India, NBFC czar V P Nandakumar of Manappuram Finance Limited. Manappuram is a leader in the gold loan segment holding tonnes of gold in collateral security.
