Welcome to the August 2016 edition of the GameOn Magazine! We’ve managed a couple of barbecues in the past month, but had to put a stop to those because our fire marshal got back from holiday. So to put a grin on our faces, we’ve covered the conferences from E3!
On top of full E3 write-ups by Gary, Tom, Dom, Thomas and Emsey, we have a bunch of articles. Anna ranks the Top 5 Assassin’s Creed titles, Matt tells us which animals need to be made into Pokémon and Alex talks about female soldiers and their exclusion from parts of Battlefield 1. We have a few others, but those are the highlights, along with the E3 coverage!
We also snuck in an interview with the director of Stellaris, Henrik Fahraeus, the developer of Crash Co. Brandon Mitchell and both Ella Romanos and Oscar Clark of Rocket Lolly, to find out about The Rocky Horror Show: Touch Me.
Next on the ledger are our previews, with SphericalCat covering Beyond: Flesh & Blood, and Luke slipping over SLIDE: Platformer. I also went to check out Project Highrise with the publishers! We’ll have a hands-on preview with that next month, too.
Finally we have our reviews, with Shadwen from Tom, SphericalCat on Technomancer and One Troll
Army, and Thomas Raining Blobs. We also have Simon with Space Run Galaxy, Out Of The Park Baseball 17 from Matt and Ben with Demetrios - The BIG Cynical Adventure. Of course, there are more, but you’ll have to read on to find out!
