In this issue

Lately, while researching for my new book, my thoughts have been revolving around dreams and how they bring meaning to life and travel. WildJunket has come a long way towards turning dreams into realities.

With this in mind, we’ve come up with the theme for this Fall 2013 issue: Dream Trips. Featuring dream destinations from around the world, this issue promises to bring you through vast wilderness areas, culturally-rich enclaves and bustling European cities.

With a cover feature on Australia’s Northern Territory, we’ll unravel the wildlife and Aboriginal heritage hidden under the sands of the Red Center. We’ll also bring you to the jungles of Pico Bonito, Honduras for a glimpse of Central America’s famous birds, and the land of Bedouins with our 10-page Jordan guide. To follow in the footsteps of the lead character in the blockbuster Life of Pi, our regular contributor Laura Cook leads us to the spiritual enclave of Puducherry, India.

To bring up the energy level, we\'ve also lined up a stunning photo essay of the colorful Bisket Jatra Festival in Bhaktapur, Nepal by professional photographer Barbara Weibel. In our Under the Radar section, we venture beyond the headlines into the misunderstood nation of Bangladesh with one of our favorite writers Marco Ferrarese. For the food lovers, Sarah Gibbons writes about the ever-changing culinary scene of Madrid, Spain. In our Stay section, we feature a Victorian-style lodge in the heart of the Zimbabwe savannas.
