MELISSA HOSKINS TRAGEDY 'WE ARE UTTERLY DEVASTATED'

Olympic cyclist Melissa Hoskins has been remembered by her grieving parents and family in a moving tribute as a "freewheeling spirit ... with a big heart" following her tragic death.

Hoskins, 32, was allegedly struck by a ute being driven by her husband, professional cyclist Rohan Dennis, outside their Adelaide home on December 30.

She suffered serious injuries and was taken to hospital but died hours later.
